Ms. SUMIKO SHIMOSAKA founded Shimosaka and Associates in 1976 in Toranomon, Tokyo after deciding to quit one of the biggest law and patent firms, Yuasa and Hara. Mr. MITSUO MATSUDA also founded his own firm Matsuda Patent Office in 1965 in Kyobashi, Tokyo after obtaining the qualification of patent attorney.
